The DIGITRAN DTF transfer film with instant peel makes transfer printing even easier. Thanks to the antistatic treatment, no adhesive remains on the unprinted film. Dimensionally stable and with maximum ink absorption, the DTF printer can bring its best quality to the textile.

DTF transfer foils or transfer films must absorb the ink and transfer it cleanly during the application process. This film is equipped with a total of 7 layers for this purpose.
The PET film has a total thickness of approx. 90μm. This means it can be used in any standard DTF printer without having to make any adjustments.
The film can be peeled off either hot (hot-peel) directly after pressing or after cooling (cold-peel). With a recommended application temperature from 110 up to 160°C, T-shirts, hoodies, bags, sportswear or workwear can be printed quickly and easily.
To ensure a clean end product, these films are OEKO-TEX certified and PFAS free.
For small format DTF printers, this film can also be provided in a print width of 30 cm.

In-Line DTF printers are the perfect solution when it comes to small and medium batch sizes. As no set-up processes are required for printing, any color, shape and size can be printed in the shortest possible time. Our system can also be used to print different white layer thicknesses. This means that ink can be saved on a light textile and maximum color coverage can be achieved on a dark one.
The digitally printed transfers are also characterized by outstanding color intensity. They can also be applied quickly and easily to cotton, polyester, 50/50 blends and various other materials. They are stretchable, colorfast and durable.
Another advantage is that the transfers can be produced independently of the finishing. This means they can be prepared for upcoming orders and called up as required during decoration. Screen printing, vinyl and digital transfers can be used in combination on every transfer press. Whether 100,000 single-color screen prints, plotted silver vinyl or digital photo prints.
