The fully electric heat press for textile printing
The DIGITRAN Zapling heat press is perfect for smaller print shops and DIY users who do not work with compressed air. Thanks to its fully electric design, all you need to do is plug it into a 230V socket and production can begin.
Equipped with an auto-start function, the press closes automatically after the base plate has been pushed completely under the press. Alternatively, it can be operated manually by pressing a button.
After the set pressing time has elapsed, the press opens automatically and the base plate can simply be pulled out.
Uniform heating of the surface and balanced contact pressure mean that the entire surface can be used efficiently. In addition, the underside of the heating surface has a non-stick coating.
The contact pressure, temperature and pressing time can be conveniently set using the push buttons. There is also a quick selection with 4 pre-programmed and 2 freely adjustable settings. The perfect press for convenient printing of T-shirts, hoodies, bags and many other products.
With a maximum temperature of 230°C, this electric transfer press can be used for DTF, screen printing, vinyl and toner transfers.
As there is no compressor running in the background, it is also almost inaudible.

DTF Textile Transfers - Perfect for small and medium batch sizes
In-Line DTF printers are the perfect solution when it comes to small and medium batch sizes. As no set-up processes are required for printing, any color, shape and size can be printed in the shortest possible time. Our system can also be used to print different white layer thicknesses. This means that ink can be saved on a light textile and maximum color coverage can be achieved on a dark one.
The digitally printed transfers are also characterized by outstanding colour intensity. They can be applied quickly and easily to cotton, polyester, 50/50 blends and various other materials. At the same time, they are stretchable, colorfast and durable.
Another advantage is that the transfers can be produced independently of the finishing. This means they can be prepared for upcoming orders and called up as required during decoration. Screen printing, vinyl and digital transfers can be used in combination on every transfer press. Whether 100,000 single-color screen prints, plotted silver vinyl or digital photo prints.
