The DIGITRAN Phoenix heat transfer press is perfectly designed for medium batch sizes. With a wide upward opening heating plate and an extendable work surface, textiles and transfers can be placed safely and easily.
With an evenly heated surface and balanced contact pressure, the entire surface can be used. In addition, the underside of the heating surface has a non-stick coating.
After you close the press, the magnetic closure keeps it closed until the preset timer expires. If for some reason you want to open the press before then, it can be opened by pressing a button. Otherwise, the heat press opens automatically and in a pleasant fluid motion after the preset press time has elapsed.
The mounting of the platen also leaves room to stretch T-shirts, polos or other textiles. Benefit from a selection of platens, ranging from 40x50cm to a 12x12cm variant. With these you can print anything from a back number to a neck emblem.
Furthermore, the maximum temperature of 280°C enables you to use this heat press for both transfers as well as for sublimation applications.

DTF Textile Transfers - Perfect for small and medium batch sizes
In-Line DTF printers are the perfect solution when it comes to small and medium batch sizes. Since almost no make-ready is required for printing, any color, shape and size can be printed in a very short time. Our system also allows different white layer thicknesses to be printed. Thus, ink can be saved on a light textile and maximum ink coverage can be achieved on a dark textile.
The digitally printed transfers are also characterized by outstanding color intensity. They can be applied quickly and easily to cotton, polyester, 50/50 blends and various other materials. At the same time, they are stretchable, colorfast and long-lasting.
Another advantage is that the transfers can be produced independently of the application process. This means that they can be prepared for upcoming orders and called up for decoration as required. Screen printing, vinyl and digital transfers can thus be used in combination on any transfer press. Whether 100,000 single-color screen prints, plotted silver vinyl or digital photo prints.
