DTF inks from the FlexInk X2 series have been specially developed for DTF printing. These water-based pigment inks are characterized in particular by their ultra-fine dispersed pigments. Rich colors, print heads that remain open and slowly settling white pigments are just a few of the advantages of this DTF ink.
For EPSON print heads
This ink system was specially developed and tested for the EPSON i3200-A1 print head for water-based inks. It can also be used in the XP600, 4720 and other printheads for water-based inks.
Long-Lasting
With proper processing, the wash resistance is up to 60 °C. However, this involves more than just the ink. The wash resistance depends on various factors, including the textile used, print settings, hot melt adhesives or films.
Many Applications
Due to the strong color coverage, especially of the white ink, transfers printed with this ink can be used on light and dark textiles. Cotton T-shirts, polyester jerseys and textiles made of nylon, artificial leather and other materials can be printed in this way.

The large color palette consists of the standard colors CMYK and white, the spot colors green, orange, blue and red as well as fluorescent colors magenta, orange, yellow and green. It can be used to equip classic 2-head printers as well as 3-head printers for extended color spaces and spot colors up to fast 4-head printers.

In-Line DTF printers are the perfect solution when it comes to small and medium batch sizes. As no set-up processes are required for printing, any color, shape and size can be printed in the shortest possible time. Our system can also be used to print different white layer thicknesses. This means that ink can be saved on a light textile and maximum color coverage can be achieved on a dark one.
The digitally printed transfers are characterized by outstanding colour intensity. They can also be applied quickly and easily to cotton, polyester, 50/50 blends and various other materials. They are stretchable, colorfast and durable.
Another advantage is that the transfers can be produced independently of the finishing. This means they can be prepared for upcoming orders and called up in the decoration as required.
