DIGITRAN FlexLine DTF800x3 - DTF printer with more possibilities
The FlexLine DTF800x3 stands for more color. It is available in several configurations. Whether in the SPOT version for a larger color space or in the FLUO version for strong effects. It can also process film webs up to 800 mm wide. This means that a compact version with a web width of 600 mm can be configured, as well as a larger version with a web width of 800 mm.
We ensure accurate color reproduction with our own color profiles. Other features include various print modes for different textiles and ease of use.
Combined with our hot peel instant peel film and low-temperature adhesive powder, you can print stunning transfers that last.

The DTF printer
The Direct To Foil/Film (DTF) printing system features a state-of-the-art digital printing machine equipped with three robust EPSON i3200-A1 print heads. These print heads enable printing in CMYK, including a highly opaque white. In addition, the third print head handles the printing of
✔ Spot colors: orange, green, blue, red for a larger color gamut and lower ink consumption. In addition, approx. 30% more colors can be printed! (Compared to CMYK+W DTF printers).
✔ Fluorescent colors: orange, green, yellow, red for "neon" effects and special designs.
With this technology, even the finest elements and gradients can be reproduced with impressive clarity. To ensure first-class quality, we only use high-quality materials. The automatic cleaning cycles and ink circulation also ensure long-lasting print heads.
The Powder Machine
Depending on requirements, the FlexLine DTF800x3 can be equipped with different powder applicators. For example, the FlexFinish DTF600 MK-II powder unit is the compact solution for printing on 600 mm film webs. While the FlexFinish DTF800x3 offers a solution for 800 mm web widths and an integrated filter system.
In all models, the hot-melt powder is crushed and evenly distributed over the still-wet print image. The excess adhesive powder is then carefully tapped off to ensure that no residue remains on the unprinted film.
Efficient IR drying dries the image and bonds it to the adhesive. We rely on systems with insulated drying channels and sufficient energy to dry the print adequately.
Perfect color management
To ensure that your prints are not only aesthetically pleasing but also accurate, we develop customized color profiles for our printing systems.
Specific test images are printed and measured for each print mode supplied with the machine. Based on these measurements, the machine is calibrated and an individual ICC profile is created so that the printed colors match the colors in the file as closely as possible.
Regardless of whether the textile is black, colored, or white, we offer the right colors for every background. In addition, various other options are available for customizing the colors for your designs. From highlight white to the omission of white, black, or individual colors to simple manual adjustment of individual colors, everything is possible.

In-line DTF printers are the perfect solution for small and medium batch sizes. Since no setup processes are required for printing, any color, shape, and size can be printed in no time at all. Our system also allows different white layer thicknesses to be printed. This means that ink can be saved on light-colored textiles and maximum color coverage can be achieved on dark ones.
The digitally printed transfers are also characterized by outstanding color intensity. They can also be applied quickly and easily to cotton, polyester, 50/50 blends, and various other materials. They are stretchy, colorfast, and durable.
Another advantage is that the transfers can be produced independently of the finishing process. This means they can be prepared for upcoming orders and used in decoration as required.
