The FlexLine DTF600UV is the UV DTF printer designed for professional production. This technology allows for the quick and easy printing and application of single- and multi-color designs. It enables the finishing of glass, ceramics, metal, and various plastics with a tactile print. The solution for tactile prints with a "direct-to-object" look, without the expense of direct printing.
The 600mm print width not only allows for the printing of large designs but also enables high production speeds. The UV DTF printer can be used for in-house promotional materials, cosmetic packaging, or machine labeling, among other applications. This system also makes it easy to launch your own printing service business.
With 3 print heads, you can print CMYK, white, and a glossy protective varnish. Our in-house color profiles ensure accurate color reproduction. Additional features include various print modes for different materials and effects, as well as ease of use. The UV DTF Printer
The UV Direct-to-Foil/Film (DTF) printing system is a state-of-the-art digital printing press equipped with three robust EPSON i3200-U1 printheads. These printheads enable CMYK printing, including a highly opaque white. In addition, the third printhead applies a protective varnish that improves durability and allows for the reproduction of the finest details.
The integrated water cooling system for the UV lamps prevents overheating and ensures a long service life. With this technology, even the finest details and gradients can be reproduced with impressive clarity. To ensure first-class quality, we use only high-quality materials.
How do UV-DTFs work?
UV-DTFs are high-quality "stickers." However, instead of applying a printed film or paper to the product, only the ink is applied with an adhesive layer! This results in a tactile print that looks as if the item were printed directly.
For this printing process, in addition to a printer and UV ink, you need an "A/B film." After printing, the ink is cured with UV light. Chemically speaking, this means that the ink particles cross-link and bond firmly together. This happens on the A-film. The A-film is then laminated against the B-film, and the UV-DTF is complete!
The A-film: The A-film is a carrier film coated with an adhesive on one side. This adhesive layer is similar to that found on adhesive tape. Thanks to this, the print can later be transferred to a wide variety of items.
The B-film: After the print on the A-film has been cured, it is laminated against the B-film. To do this, the B-film is placed over the A-film and pressed together using heat and pressure. In the process, the print image and the adhesive layer are transferred from the A-film to the B-film and are also securely sandwiched between the two films.
Application: Now that the A- and B-films have been pressed together, they must be separated again before applying the print images. Then press the print image firmly against the product to be printed. Once everything is pressed down well, peel off the B-film. Now the clean print image remains on the product while the B-film and excess adhesive are removed. Done!

Perfect color management
To ensure that your prints are not only visually appealing but also accurate, we develop custom color profiles for our printing systems.
Specific test images are printed and measured for each print mode included with the machine. Based on these measurements, the machine is calibrated and a custom ICC profile is created so that the printed colors match the colors in the file as closely as possible.
Whether the product is black, colored, or white, we offer the right colors for every surface. In addition, various other options are available for customizing the colors of your designs. From highlight white to omitting white, black, or individual colors, all the way to simple manual adjustment of individual colors—anything is possible.
